Olive Leather Belt Strap - Strap Only

This Olive Leather Belt Strap is crafted with premium full grain vegetable-tanned leather and stainless steel. It is designed for maximum durability. 

At 28mm (1 1/8 inch) width and is the perfect width to go through suit pans, golf pants or dress pants. At around 3mm thick is is thinner than our black or chestnut belt and best suited to lighter pants (suits, shorts, chinos, slacks) vs heavier pants (denim)

These olive leather belt straps are cut to the perfect width by machine, then hand finished. We bevel (round) the edges then burnish the edges to create a water resistant seal along the cut.

Once this is done they are waxed with bees wax to give them a smooth, waxy finish which is beautiful to hold, see and smell.

As this is a full grain leather belt strap it will last for decades with normal care and will develop a patina over time that reflects your wearing conditions. Nicks on the leather can be mended or left in to give the black leather belt character and remind you of your adventures over time.

There is no special requirement to look after the belt strap as the act of wearing it will help it develop the surface which in turn will create a protective barrier to heat and moisture. 

For formal wear, office wear or weekend this is the perfect black leather belt

Sizing information

A mens pant size is unfortunately not an accurate way to get the right actual (real world) size for a belt. The only reliable way to do this is to measure from the pin of the current belt to the currently used hole. This is how we size our belts but to try to match our size to the pant size you have to add 4 inches to this measurement

For example, a size 32 YOKU belt will measure 36 inches from the pin in the buckle to the centre hole in the strap. For most men this will also be aligned to their pant size of a size 32 but that last part isn't a given unfortunately
